chilli chicken is one of the most popular Indo-Chinese style.It taken as chicken appetizer or starter in the restaurants.
- 350 gm chicken diced
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp salt or to taste
- oil for deep frying
- 2 cups onions thickly sliced
- 2 tbsp green chillies thickly sliced remove seeds if too hot
- 1 tbsp soy sauce adjust according to strength
- 2 tbsp vinegar
FIrst you have to mix chicken,egg,corn flour,ginger and garlic paste.

Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces over high heat.

drain it using absorbent paper.
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add some onions and stir-fry over high heat until they are translucent.
Add some green chillies and saute for a minute.
Then Add salt, soy s
auce, vinegar, and the deep-fried chicken, and toss well.Serve hot garnished with the green chillies.
