  • 350 gm chicken diced
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp salt or to taste
  • oil for deep frying
  • 2 cups onions thickly sliced
  • 2 tbsp green chillies thickly sliced remove seeds if too hot
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce adjust according to strength
  • 2 tbsp vinegar


  1. FIrst you have to mix chicken,egg,corn flour,ginger and garlic paste.

  2. Mix chicken corn flour

  3. MIx chicken,egg,corn flour,ginger and garlic paste.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces over high heat.

  5. begin with and then lowe the flame.fry chicken until cooked through.

  6. drain it using absorbent paper.

  7. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add some onions and stir-fry over high heat until they are translucent.

  8. Add some green chillies and saute for a minute.

  9. Then Add salt, soy s

  10. auce, vinegar, and the deep-fried chicken, and toss well.Serve hot garnished with the green chillies.
