Crispy, golden fish fingers are brilliantly fun and easy to make – and kids will definitely love this.
- 300 gms Boneless fish (measured after cleaning, cut in finger shapes)
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp each Crushed ginger & garlic
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Chilli Sauce optional
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tbsp Plain flour (maida
- 2 Egg white
- 1 tbsp Plain flour
- 1-1.5 cups Breadcrumbs
- oil for deep frying
First we have to Marinate the cleaned fish with the ingredients( listed from pepper powder to salt ).
Then Refrigerate for 30 mins. After that Beat the egg whites lightly.
Add some plain flour and 1-2 tbsp water and make a smooth paste.
Dip each fish piece in egg white and roll in breadcrumbs mix. Freeze it for 10 mins.
Deep fry in oil. Serve it with sweet chilli sauce/chilli mayo/ tomato ketchup.
