  • Cloves
  • Cardamom
  • Cinnamon
  • Star Anise
  • Water
  • Tea leaves
  • Sugar
  • Milk


  1. Take equal amounts of  cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and star anise together  in  in a pan and then roast it.

  2. Then started to grind the roasted product to get a powder.

  3. Put the ground mixture with the remaining ingredients into the boiling water.

  4. Stir and bring it to simmer.

  5. Serve hot along with some tea-time munchies.
