  • 2 nos. Green chilly(chopped)
  • 1 Onion(chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic(chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger(chopped)
  • oil To fry
  • 3 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Chilly powder
  • salt To taste
  • 1 Potatoes(grated)
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Spring onions chopped (white)
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 pinch. Msg (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion green(chopped)


  1. First, remove the stems of mushrooms and chopped them.

  2. In a bowl add mushroom stems chopped, grated boiled potatoes, salt, a pinch of chilly powder, chopped coriander, 1 tablespoon cornstarch mix it like a dough and stuff in the mushrooms.

  3. In another bowl add all purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, water, mix it like a batter and Manchurian mushrooms dip it into the batter and deep fry them.

  4. Then,heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger,garlic cook it until raw flavor is gone.

  5. Add chopped onions, salt, chopped green chilly, spring onion white part, chilly powder, Soya sauce, vinegar, MSG (optional) sugar, chili sauce, chopped coriander, saute it.

  6. Finally add fried mushrooms toss it and add spring onion green part, switch off the flame.
