Potato stir fry
- 4 Big Potatoes boiled and diced
- 3/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp Chaat masala
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Onions chopped medium
- 4 Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Asafoetida
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Combine potato with all curry powders.
Mix well and set aside to marinate.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add some cumin seeds and when it change colour, add green chillies and onion.
Saute till onions are brown.
Add asafoetida, marinated potato and salt.
Mix well and cook on medium heat for about fifteen minutes.
Cook for a minute. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
