Veg Fried Rice
Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat. It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment to another dish.
- 150 gm Beans (chopped)
- 150 gm Carrot (chopped)
- 150 gm Green Peas
- to garnish Spring Onion
- to garnish Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- to taste Salt
- 2 Cups Basmati Rice
Pre-heat microwave oven for 15 minutes
Add all ingredients except the garnishing in a microwave pan and mix it well.cook for about 25 - 30 minutes in medium microwave power.
While cooking,open microwave and mix it twice as to make all ingredients to distributed evenly.
After cooking, garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves. cashew nuts and raisins can be added if needed. with a side dish and pickle, it is delicious.
